SEAM (South East Aviation Malta Ltd), an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in South East Europe, is currently looking for a Document Controller to be based in Malta. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Control, update, and maintain all engineering and technical records
• Ensure compliance with Part-145 and company procedures
• Manage aircraft maintenance records, work packs, and logbooks
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived
• Liaise with engineers, planners, and quality departments
• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness
• Maintain document control systems and filing structures
• Track document revisions and ensure the latest versions are in use

• Previous experience in document control (aviation preferred)
• Understanding of aviation regulations (Part-145 is an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment 
• Excellent communication skills - fluent English is essential 
• Must be able to work and travel independently within the EU 
• Must have the right to live and work in Malta
