As an Operational Controller Passenger Services, you are responsible for the daily operational planning and coordination of workforce deployment within Passenger Services. You ensure that the right employees, with the right qualifications, are assigned at the right time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and adjusting short-term and daily operational schedules;
• Aligning workforce capacity based on flight information;
• Monitoring employee availability, qualifications, rest periods, and compliance with collective labor agreements (CLA);
• Optimizing the deployment of staff and, where applicable, equipment;
• Identifying bottlenecks and responding quickly to operational changes;
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders regarding workforce capacity and planning;
• Monitoring and adjusting schedules during live operations;
• Recording sickness absences, overtime, and operational deviations;
• Reporting incidents and escalating complex operational issues;
• Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with procedures.

• You have experience in operational planning, workforce management, or a similar role;
• You are resilient under pressure and able to maintain oversight in a dynamic environment;
• You have strong communication skills and can easily liaise with different stakeholders;
• You are accurate, well-organized, and strong in planning and coordination;
• You are flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
• You hold a valid driver’s license;
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English;
• You are accustomed to responding quickly to last-minute changes;
• Knowledge of aviation processes or comparable operational environments is considered an advantage.
