Part-Time Position
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support for HR operations, employee records management, talent acquisition coordination, and general departmental activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process check requests and purchase card transactions
- Book travel arrangements and complete expense report support
- Submit maintenance and facilities requests
- Process material requisitions
- Order lunches and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Manage mail distribution, shipping, and overnight deliveries
- Coordinate HR events and other department activities as needed
- Maintain employee records in both physical and electronic formats in accordance with record retention policies
- Order office supplies as needed
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and ongoing department initiatives
- Support administrative Talent Acquisition activities, including conference room scheduling and interview coordination
- Perform other assigned administrative duties in support of the HR function
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience; experience supporting a Human Resources function preferred
- Working knowledge of core HR functions, including benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet fluctuating, time-sensitive deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through in completing assigned work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
