Job Description:

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software, compilation of information from various sources, and facilitating small scale projects. Perform general office duties including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

• Job Type: PT Permanent/Hourly- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Starting Pay: $18.65
• Job Location: 22 AERO DRIVE NE CALGARY, AB T2E 8Z9
• Workdays: Monday – Fridays (5 Days/ Week)
• Starting Time: 3pm
• Flexibility is required as you may need to start earlier or stay later at times

Responsibilities:

• Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
• Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Accurate and Rapid data entry skills
