Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 0600-1400/ 1400-2200
Overtime available if required
Up to 250 travel expenses at start/end of contract

About the Role

JMC Aviation is recruiting Electrical Fitters to support ongoing electrical harness wiring installation on the M346 aircraft in Venegono, Italy. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-quality aerospace components in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, routing, and connection of aircraft electrical wiring harnesses, looms, and components.
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements
Maintain safe and clean working practices

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

Proven experience in electrical harness installation
Ability to work shifts as required
English or Italian language skills (both desirable)
Right to work in the EU

Desirable:

Previous aerospace structural experience in electrical harness installation
Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
