The following minimum requirements are needed.

1. Good mechanical skills aerospace preferred but not necessary.
2. No physical limitations and able to work from ladders and be able to bend and stoop while performing activities.
3. Good knowledge of basic hand tools and proper use.
4. Basic wiring skills would be helpful but not mandatory.
5. Power tool knowledge and usage would be very helpful. (Drills, skill saws, jig saws, bandsaw, saws all, etc)

Other skills that would be helpful if any people are available would be

1. A&P training and knowledge
2. Any familiarity with environmental testing (vibration and thermal test equipment)
3. Skilled in high pressure tube assembly and fabrication.
4. High pressure pneumatic testing.
5. Knowledge related to ESD protection.
6. Electronic test equipment (digital multimeter, Oscilloscope, power supplies)
