About the role:

As an AR Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 accountants/ credit controllers, monitoring their performance, development and support them in handling escalations.

What are your responsibilities?•    Monitor and boost team and individual performance.•    Motivate team and strengthen engagement.•    Provide feedback and support skill development.•    Set and track short- and long-term team goals.•    Ensure target achievement and report results to centre management and internal clients.•    Maintain clear information flow and communication.•    Manage AR processes in line with internal and external regulations.•    Initiate and lead standardization and process improvement activities.•    Support team with escalations and non-standard cases.•    Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.•    Coordinate with local and regional managers to ensure smooth process delivery.•    Ensure high standards of internal and external customer service and uphold company image.•    Cooperate with internal and external audit teams.•    Actively participate in HR activities and collaborate with other departments.

What makes you a good fit for this role?

•    Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.•    3–5 years of professional experience (preferably in AR/finance operations).•    English proficiency: minimum B2.•    Proven ability to lead and manage a team.•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•    Proactive mindset toward process improvement.•    Decisive, able to take initiative and make sound decisions.•    Able to work under pressure and operate independently.•    Strong problem-solving skills.•    Flexible and adaptable to changing business conditions.
