Job Title: Executive – Revenue Management
Role Highlights / Summary
Responsible for maximizing airline revenue through pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting. Supports achievement of unit revenue metrics such as PRASK in a competitive spanet environment. Role involves data-driven decision-making to optimize flight-level performance and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibility:
Optimize Revenue on assigned flights.
Meet monthly Revenue and Passenger Revenue per Available Seat Kilometers (PRASK) target.
Inventory positioning on assigned flights based on demand and seasonal patterns.
Monitor and adjust fares based on spanet inputs and demand, ensure IndiGo offers competitive fare.
Coordination with sales teams and other stakeholders to understand the spanet scenario and position IndiGos fare accordingly.
Manage demand forecast by analyzing historical and future trends on assigned flights to ensure revenue maximization.
Ensure that overbooking is economically viable.
Utilize IndiGo’s RM systems to drive optimized revenue and calibrate system inputs to have optimized results.
Comprehensive reporting of competitor activity.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of pricing, forecasting, and inventory management
Proficiency in MS Excel
Data interpretation and reporting skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimun Graduate required
1–2 years of relevant experience
Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) preferred
