Job Description:
We are looking for an engaged employee to join our dedicated air and cargo team at our airport terminal at Arlanda. The position combines administrative tasks with hands-on work on the ramp, offering a unique opportunity to be closely involved in aircraft and cargo operations in an international environment.
You will contribute both in the office and on the ramp – from reporting and data entry to planning, supervision, and participation in the loading and unloading of our UPSCO aircraft. The work is carried out in collaboration with our local partners and with the use of modern technology.
Responsibilities:
Plan, participate in, and supervise aircraft and cargo loading/unloading activities
Ensure that all operations comply with applicable safety requirements and regulations, both local and international
Prepare and coordinate information and reports for internal and external use
Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED, or International equivalent
Previous experience in aircraft and cargo operations is an advantage, but not a requirement
Drivers license (B) and access to a personal car is an advantage
Good skills in both Swedish and English
Flexible and effective way of work, use to high tempo and prioritzing
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving ability and good time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Background must be approved by the Civil Aviation Authority before employment. This requires documented work history for the past five years, employment references, a minimum of two referees, and a clean police record.
Location: Stockholm, Arlanda
Employment: Part-time, 20 hours/week permanent with 6 months probition period
Working hours: Monday- Friday nights/ mornings /evenings (split schedule) according to schedule changing between 02:00-07:00, 04:30-08:30 and 19:00-23:00
