Our ever expanding network of simulators are in use over 20 hours per day to ensure that we can successfully carry out initial and recurrent training on over 8000 pilots per year.
As a SIM Compliance Officer, you will support the SIM Compliance Manager in conducting audits, ensuring our Compliance Department are up to date with the latest EASA and CAA sim regulations, and
The role is based full time in our Madrid Office. However, this is an exciting time to join the Ryanair Simulator Organization as we look to expand our operation to 45+ Simulators across all our 6 locations - Stansted, East Midlands, Bergamo, Dublin, Madrid and Krakow.

Duties Include but not limited to;
- Support initial and recurrent sim evaluations.
- Support MEP and other meetings as required.
- Administration and review of Compliance Manual
- Conduct internal audits and support with audits conducted by aviation authorities.
- Detailed record keeping.
- Keep up to date with current and future simulator regulations.
- Deputize for the Compliance Manager, when required
