Position SummaryResponsible for managing and coordinating daily BKI warehouse activities involving the handling of aircraft spares, tools, and consumables to support operations. This role ensures that all receiving, storage, inspection, and issuance processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company SOPs, aviation standards, and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring service readiness for flight operations, and supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives at the BKI station.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinate daily warehouse operations covering Receiving, Warehousing, Store Inspection, and Issue Counter activities.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of aircraft parts and materials in compliance with EASA/CAAM regulations and company SOPs.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation with AMOS system records.
- Ensure all material movement transactions are accurately recorded and traceable with proper supporting documentation for audit purposes.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with MABES SCM SOPs, CAAM regulations, and others related authorities.
- Assist in coordinating urgent or AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Coordinate with CPC, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics teams for stock replenishment, repair status, and operational requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight critical shortages, excess, or slow-moving items to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and 5S implementation within the warehouse.
Qualifications / Areas of Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field with 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations (preferably within the aviation or MRO industry.
- 2 to 5 years.
Areas of Experience- Able to work independently, dynamic and resourceful
- Warehouse and inventory management, preferably in aviation or engineering environment
- Detail oriented, with good organizational skills i.e. Time Management, Task Management, and Resource Management
- Good management skills
- Strong understanding of aviation material handling, bonded warehouse procedures, and customs requirements
