The Managing Director, Business Transformation sets and leads enterprise transformation strategy, delivers material value, and embeds operating model change across the organization. The role sits within the Business Transformation team in Finance.

• Define and lead multi-year transformation strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Partner with senior executives to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Own a portfolio of transformation initiatives with accountability for outcomes.
• Establish governance, performance management, and value-tracking mechanisms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across finance, operations, technology, and commercial groups.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and prepare board-ready materials.
• Lead and develop Directors and Senior Managers, building a strong leadership bench.

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/training; Advanced Degree (MBA) preferred
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including leading multi-level and large cross-functional initiatives
• 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or related roles
• Deep understanding of our customers, our business/competitive environment, and airline economics
• Prior experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, cost analysis, and developing & reporting performance metrics
