About the Role:
Jetvia is seeking a driven and client-centric Wholesale Representative to join our private aviation team. This role blends inside sales, client experience, and booking execution - supporting broker (wholesale) channels.
You’ll be responsible for following up on inbound leads, sourcing and coordinating wholesale flight options that strategically fit Jetvia’s service model, negotiating deals that balance margin discipline with securing business we can win, executing bookings, and building loyalty across trusted broker partners. This is a high-touch role where responsiveness and relationship depth directly impact revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads for wholesale channel
- Qualify, quote, and close bookings for private flights in a timely manner
- Manage existing relationships with brokers
- Build rapport with new and existing wholesale brokers and ensure smooth, margin-aware transactions
- Maintain accurate records and flight details in CRM
- Proactively re-engage brokers to drive repeat business
- Partner with sales management to identify growth opportunities and improve and progress in your role
- Ensure a luxury-caliber service experience on every touchpoint
- Cross train with trip support functions to assist when needed
- Assist in optimization of the aircraft schedule to determine future revenue opportunities
- Promote and hunt for empty leg opportunities
- This role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, rotating Holidays and participation in an on-call rotation to support broker and client needs.
Youre a Good Fit For This Role If:
- You have 2-5 years of aviation sales, charter brokerage or aviation experience (wholesale)
- Familiarity with Private Aviation Operations (FAR Part 135, 91, charter quoting or flight logistics)
- Knowledge of aviation platforms such as Avinode, HamiltonAI and JetInsight
- Market knowledge of standard hourly rates per aircraft categories based on geography
- Comfortable with quoting, dynamic pricing tools, scheduling and margin calculations
- Have demonstrated success is building relationships with brokers and operators
- Ability to negotiate rates
- Ability to handle high pressure, time-sensitive situations with professionalism
- Comfortable multi tasking across multiple flight requests
- High energy, resilient and adaptable to aviation industry demands
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- You can assist trip support

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary for this role is $60k - $65k.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for performance-based incentives tied to bookings and revenue contribution.
